Madras Tarkaari respects your right to privacy and data control. You may request deletion of your personal data at any time. Once verified, we will delete your data according to legal requirements.
Important
We do not sell your data. Data deletion means removal of your stored details from our system, except where retention is required legally (example: invoices, tax records).
What Data Can Be Deleted
- Account profile information
- Contact details (phone, email)
- Saved delivery addresses
- Order history linked to your profile (where applicable)
- Stored communication records (support messages)
Note: Some records may be retained for legal, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes.
How to Request Deletion
To request deletion of your data, please send an email with the subject line:

Include your registered phone number/email and details of what you want deleted.
Verification
For your security, we may verify your identity before processing deletion requests. This helps prevent unauthorized deletion or data misuse.
Processing Time
Deletion requests are typically processed within 7–14 business days. In some cases, due to verification or legal checks, it may take slightly longer.
